SCELSE has pioneered a process to convert food-processing wastewater directly into single-cell protein (SCP) suitable for aquaculture feed. This research aligns with Singapore’s ’30 by 30′ vision, aiming to enhance local food production by turning food waste streams into valuable resources, such as high quality protein for aquaculture feed.
