Congrats SCELSE PI & NTU A/Prof Cao Bin for being elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry

Congrats NTU Associate Professor Cao Bin, Principal Investigator at SCELSE, who has been named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), UK. It is one of the most prestigious awards conferred oyal Society of Chemistry in the United Kingdom. Established in London in 1980, the RSC is one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious scientific societies.

This is a major milestone and a well-deserved recognition of Prof Cao’s biofilm engineering work at the intersection of environmental science, biotechnology, and chemistry. His research on microbial and biofilm innovations is paving the way for sustainable solutions to global challenges, and his contributions are truly world-class.

Reflecting on this honour, Prof Cao Bin, who is in SCELSE’s Biofilm Biology & Environmental Engineering clusters, said:
