Amily graduated from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) with a Bachelor of Food Technology in 2025. Her research experience primarily focuses on applying microbiology to enhance plant protein functionality and improve hydroponic vegetable cultivation systems. Prior to joining SCELSE, she worked at a biotechnology startup, where she was involved in optimising bioprocesses and downstream processing for recombinant antimicrobial proteins used as animal feed additives.
