Ms Jiao Lijing joins SCELSE as a Research Associate under Assoc Prof Janelle Thompson, focusing on the microbial ecology of the Sembawang Hot Spring. She previously completed her PhD at the Asian School of the Environment, NTU, also under Assoc Prof Thompson. Lijing’s research interests include microbial ecology, biofilm formation, and environmental microbiology.
