Kenneth Ng has joined SCELSE as a research assistant under the supervision of Dr Haris Antypas in the Biofilms & Health cluster. In SCELSE, Kenneth will be working to explore the role of Enterococcusi faecalis’ virulence factors in infective endocarditis. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from La Trobe University, Australia in 2020, and worked at Pathnova, a research laboratory in Temasek Lifesciences where he was involved in developing a test kit for early detection of nasopharyngeal cancer.
