Namrata Kalsi joined SCELSE as a research associate under Prof. Stephan Schuster in the Meta-omics & Microbiomes Cluster. She graduated from Georgia Tech in 2017 with a master’s degree in the field of Bioinformatics. She specialises in NGS analysis, human genomics and ancient human DNA analysis. As analysis provider for the Genome Asia 100K consortium, she works closely with Dr. Hie Lim Kim (Asian School of Environment, NTU) to analyse sequencing data for human genomes and provide data for downstream analyses.
