Date:      Wednesday, 10 June 2026
Time:      9am – 5pm
Venue:   SBS CR4 (SBS-01n-24)

Join our one-day hands-on workshop on advanced image analysis using open-source machine learning software(s). Some of the topics covered include Machine Learning (A.I.) for image segmentation and denoising using open-source software such as:

Fiji (ImageJ) – software for processing and analyzing scientific images.
ilastik – interactive machine learning for cell segmentation and analysis.
Cellpose – generalist algorithm for cellular segmentation.
Noise2Void – self-supervised denoising algorithm.
