Mr Yiong Chee Sern is the Senior Assistant Manager (IT) at SCELSE NTU under the supervision of Mr Allen Chow in the Corporate Services Unit. He oversees key IT functions that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users, and to ensure service support and delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
